Poland Centrum Południe sold
Skanska has sold the second stage of its Centrum Południe development in Wrocław for EUR 62 mln to a joint venture of Investika Real Estate Fund and Bud Holdings.

Hungary 80,000 sqm pre-lease signed for CTPark Budapest–Érd
CTP has announced that a major international logistics business has leased 80,000 sqm of BTS space for a major distribution hub at the new CTPark Budapest–Érd. The new 80,000 sqm BTS logistics building will be delivered to the tenant in Q1 2027.
