POLAND PKO Bank Polski has provided a EUR 61.5 mln loan for the construction of two warehouse buildings with a total of a 145,000 sqm in the Central European Logistics Hub, which is being developed by Panattoni Europe.

Nowe Jeziorki closer
POLAND A consortium of the 22Architects and AMC studio - Andrzej M. Chołdzyński will develop the design documentation for the largest residential estate that will be developed as part of the Apartment Plus programme. The Nowe Jeziorki complex will be built on a 15-hectare plot on the border between Warsaw's Ursynów and Lesznowola.

POLAND Hortico signed a contract for the development and renovation of municipal greenery with the authorities of Ścinawa. The gross value of work in the ‘design and build’ formula is PLN 18.43 mln.

POLAND Technological parts producer Flex has prolonged and expanded its lease of warehouse and office space in Logicor Łódź II. The space it occupies in the park has increased from 31,000 sqm to 38,000 sqm. The tenant was advised by Axi Immo for this transaction.
