Panattoni portfolio sold to Redefine
POLAND ELI, a company incorporated in the Netherlands and co-managed by Griffin Real Estate, has finalised the acquisition of a portfolio of nine operating logistics parks developed by Panattoni Europe.
Five new in the park
POLAND Five tenants have recently signed leases in the Riverside Park in Warsaw’s Powiśle district. These include Travelist (1,090 sqm), Flixbus (250 sqm), CloudFerro (399 sqm), GSW Legal Grabarek Szalc i Wspólnicy (309 sqm), and one undisclosed outsourcing services company.
Ghelamco conquers Olimp
POLAND Olimp restaurant chain has leased 625 sqm of space in the Warsaw Hub complex, which is being built by Ghelamco Poland in Warsaw’s Wola district.
