EUROPE Accorhotels is providing its guests with a new service. An ‘Instagram sitter’ will service a guest’s social network account allowing the owner to enjoy a hotel stay free from electronic devices.
The pilot service called ‘Relax, we post’ and has been made available in 17 hotels of the Ibis, Ibis Styles and Ibis Budget chains in Zurich and Geneva. The service is intended mainly as a ‘digital detox’ for millenials who often have problems enjoying a holiday without posting on social networks.
