POLAND The Polish government is to finance the construction of the main building of the Henryk Arctowski Antarctic Station.
Around PLN 88 mln has been set aside for the project. The Henryk Arctowski Polish Antarctic Station is a research station that will be used for projects in partnership with both Polish and foreign institutions. A number of Polish intitutions already work with the centre including the Jagiellonian University, the University of Warsaw, the University of Wroclaw, the University of Łódź, the Institute of Paleobiology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Aca
