POLAND Chariot Top Group (Chariot), a company set up and co-managed by Griffin Real Estate, has finalised the acquisition of a retail portfolio from Ares, AXA and Apollo Rida.

POLAND The city of Poznań has announced a competition for the architectural and urban concept of a pedestrian and bicycle bridge over the rivers Warta and Cybina. The bridge is to be completed in mid-2021.

WORLD LPP intends to open 50 stores in 2018. As a result the retail area of LPP's five brands would increase by another 100,000 sqm. The company intends also to enter five new markets with either online or brick and mortar stores.

RUSSIA Gazprombank has leased 12 000 sqm of space in the Oasis business centre on Koroviy Val street (Garden Ring) in Moscow’s Yakimanka district, according to Russian daily Vedomosti.
RUSSIA Etalon Group has acquired a 2.8 ha plot on Petrovskiy Island (Petrogradsky district) in St Petersburg.
POLAND Newbridge has acquired Retalia Park in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. This is the company’s third acquisition in Poland.
