SEE REGION The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Internatioal Finance Corporation have extended loans to Hystead worth EUR 164 mln. Hystead owns Delta City shopping malls in Belgrade and Podgorica as well as Skopje City Mall.

POLAND The Arche group is to open four new hotels in 2018. Two of the new hotels will be situated in Warsaw: Krakowska, which will have four stars and is scheduled to open in October/November, and the three-star Poloneza hotel, which should be available to guests at the end of April or early May.
