Spark to have canteen
POLAND Polish canteen chain Connect Lunch Bar has leased 335 sqm of space in the Spark office complex, which is being built by Skanska in Warsaw’s Wola district. Its opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2018.

ROMANIA/POLAND CCC has bought footwear retailer Shoe Express, which was previously responsible for operating CCC stores in Romania through a master franchise that it had purchased from the previous operator Peeraj Brands International.

POLAND Investor and developer AFI Europe has topped off its V.Offices office building in Kraków.
Erbud with another medical contract
POLAND A consortium of Erbud Rzeszów and Fast Group has signed a contract with the Medical University of Łódź to extend the Teaching and Clinical Centre. The contract is worth PLN 25.1 mln, of which Erbud Rzeszów’s share is PLN 15.8 mln.
