POLAND Austrian developer has opened the Kotlarska 11 office building in Kraków. The Kotlarska 11 building offers a total office area of 9,000 sqm and app. 2,500 sqm of service space as well as an underground car park for 190 cars.

POLAND A bilingual nursery school including a crèche is to start its operation in September 2018 at the West Link office building in Wrocław and it will be exclusively operated for employees of Nokia.
POLAND Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych is finishing the construction of the second hall in Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne in Sosnowiec, in March 2018 the developer will finish the construction of a shopping mall in Radom, it is also preparing for the launch of the Kraków III logistic centre.
