HB Reavis buys fifth London project
EUROPE Slovakian developer HB Reavis has acquired the 12,800 sqm Crossrail Over-Site Development (OSD) office development in the Farringdon West integrated train station development, in Clerkenwell in Central London.

CZECH REPUBLIC Total modern office stock in Brno reached 570,300 sqm in the first half of 2018, while in Ostrava the figure came to 213,400 sqm, according to figures released by the Regional Research Forum on the two largest secondary office markets in the Czech Republic.
