Vacancy in Warsaw keeps falling
POLAND The vacancy is still falling on Warsaw’s office market, according to JLL. In the first quarter of this year the vacancy was only 10.8 pct, which is down 0.9 pp q-o-q and 3.2 pp down y-o-y.
