P3 beats targets
POLAND In 2017, P3 expanded its portfolio to more than 4 mln sqm of logistics space across nine European markets with its total occupancy rate hitting an all time high of 97 pct by year-end.

Three WELL certificates for Futureal
HUNGARY Futureal has received WELL Platinum precertification for three of its office building projects at the same time: Advance Tower, Corvin Technology & Science Park (Corvin 5) and Budapest One Business Park. The three office complexes in Budapest, will offer over 100,000 sqm of office space in total.
