EUR 135 mln for Galeria Wilanów
POLAND Lone Star, the majority shareholder of developer Globe Trade Centre (GTC) has demanded from the Ministry of Investment and Development compensation for the decision of the Warsaw city authorities to block the construction of the Galeria Wilanów shopping centre.

ECM stays on top of Rondo 1
POLAND Engineering consultancy ECM Group Polska has renewed its lease for 450 sqm of office space on the 36th floor of the Rondo 1 office tower in Warsaw’s Central Business District. This is the top office floor in the 40-storey buidling, as floors 37-40 are taken up by technical installations. The tenant was represented by Cresa Poland.
Another record breaking quarter for warehouses
POLAND In the first quarter of this year 1.16 mln sqm of modern warehouse space was leased, according to Axi Immo. This is 20 pct more than in Q1 2017 and a record-breaking start of the year for the third time in a row. In just 3 years, demand in the first quarter has grown by 86 pct.
