EPP pleased with 2017 results
Echo Polska Properties (EPP) has published its financial results for 2017. Over the period, the distributable income came to EUR 76.6 mln exceeding forecasts. The value of its asset portfolio rose by 29 pct, to EUR1.95 bln.

Teconnex comes to Cluj Napoca
ROMANIA First Property Group has entered into a lease with Teconnex, for around one-third of its warehouse in Tureni, Romania. The rent payable by Teconnex comes to around EUR 135,000 per annum.
