Subsidies for renovation of monuments anew
POLAND PLN 28 mln was reserved in the budget of Warsaw for co-financing the renovation of monuments in 2018. For the first time applications for subsidies for renovation may be submitted by owners and administrators of real estate entered into the record of monuments, and not only to the register of monuments.

POLAND It was another record year for residential developers. Sales of new apartments increased by over 17 pct y-o-y in the six largest Polish cities. It is possible, however, that a correction of sales results might be necessary in the next few years, claim experts from Reas, which published its next quarterly report entitled ‘Residential market in Poland’.

POLAND Pomerania Development Agency (ARP) has announced a grant competition for local governments and companies that plan to create investment areas and industrial zones. The main goal of the competition is to create industrial parks gathering micro, small and medium companies.
