POLAND Two companies from the financial sector have leased a total of 4,500 sqm of office space in the Business Garden Warsaw complex in Warsaw’s Włochy district. The names of the companies, which are to move in in mid-2018 have not been disclosed.

CZECH REPUBLIC International Campus has acquired a 50 pct stake in a joint venture with the Karlin Group to develop The Fizz Prague residential project, which will provide student housing with 529 apartments and 71 underground parking spaces in the city of Prague’s Holešovice district. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
