Lokum makes progress
POLAND Lokum Deweloper has presented its financial results after Q3 2017 the developer had the revenue of PLN 65 mln and a net profit of PLN 7.2 mln (it was PLN 106.6 mln and PLN 22.3 mln respectively a year earlier). Its lower y-o-y results are related to the schedule of this year’s project construction, the majority of apartments sold will be recognized in Q4 of this year.
