POLAND The 10th Real Estate Case Day – Real Estate Academy is to be held on April 16–17th. This is a unique event organised by members of the Student’s Real Estate and Investment Association of the Warsaw School of Economics.
What to expect?
Real Estate Case Day 2018 actually involves two intense days of case study workshops relating to the topics of consulting as well as transactions on the real estate market. Participants will learn how to draw up business strategies for investors and will have the opportunity to find out more about the analysis of potential locations and labour markets. At the transaction workshop, those attending will learn, for example, how to acquire real estate and how to price properties.
