CZECH REPUBLIC Caerus IM on behalf of and together with,a private separate account client has concluded the third phase of a medium-term acquisition and re-financing debt facility with Germany’s pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank for ‘Futurama Business Park’ in Prague 8. The total value of the loan has not been disclosed.

Union Investment buys two Holiday Inn hotels in Poland
POLAND Hamburg-based real estate investment manager Union Investment has announced the purchase of two hotel properties on behalf of two of its funds from UBM for EUR 80 mln. The properties, include the Holiday Inn Gdańsk City Centre project, which is being built in Gdańsk and the recently opened Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre in the capital.
