Work on Exchange Palace to start
HUNGARY The former Budapest Stock Exchange building co-owned by Canadian developer Tippin and Luxemburg-based Optimum Fund Management, has been granted a final building permit, which will allow for reconstruction and redevelopment work on the building to begin.

Teconnex comes to Cluj Napoca
ROMANIA First Property Group has entered into a lease with Teconnex, for around one-third of its warehouse in Tureni, Romania. The rent payable by Teconnex comes to around EUR 135,000 per annum.

RUSSIA The vacancy in Russian regional warehouse markets fell to 6.9 pct in 2017 from 9.0 pct in 2016, according to the ‘Russia Regional Industrial Big Box’ report by CBRE.
