ROMANIA Clothing and footwear retailer PPT Preturi Pentru Tine has leased 1,700 sqm of space in the City Offices office building, which is part of the Globalworth portfolio.
Strong shopping centre pipeline
EMEA About 11.1 mln sqm of shopping centre space is currently under construction across the EMEA region, according to CBRE. The largest pipeline is in Turkey (2.2 mln sqm) and UAE (2 mln sqm).
Uncertainty for construction industry
POLAND The revenue of the largest Polish construction companies was down by around 3 pct y-o-y in 2016 while delays to key infrastructural projects and the increasing rigidity of the labour market will further increase the competition and create additional risks for the industry, claims Deloitte in its ‘Polish Construction Companies 2017’ report.
