POLAND Work is underway on the underground levels of an office development at ul. Chmielna 89 in central Warsaw.
A model of the building has also been unveiled by the developer and general contractor of the project, Cavatina Holding, which is now carrying out the earthwork and the construction of the diaphragm walls. The excavation and assembly of the ground anchors are 50 pct complete, while the assembly of the diaphragm wall struts is also underway. The completion of the construction work has been scheduled for Q3/Q4 2019. The investor has also announced that advanced negotiations with potential tenants
