POLAND The first few tenants have been secured for the convenience centre in Warsaw’s Wilanów district. The centre, which is to be built at the junction of ul. Przyczółkowa and ul. Pałacowa, will include a dentist clinic (800 sqm) and a Cosmedica pharmacy (135 sqm).
Yit buys land in Bratislava
SLOVAKIA Yit together with local partner Immocap has acquired a 3.7 ha plot in the centre of Bratislava’s Nove mesto district The land is the site of the former Istropolis Cultural and Congress centre.
