Nordecon to build seven-storey office building in Kyiv
UKRAINE Eurocon Ukraine, a subsidiary of Nordecon and Kyiv Standartbud have signed a EUR 3.4 mln contract to construct a seven-storey office building in Unit City Technopark in Kyiv. The building is to be completed by June 2018.

ROMANIA Plaza Centers has sold 32,000 sqm in Timișoara for EUR 7.25 mln.

Archicom acquires Mlocum
POLAND Wrocław-based residential developer Archicom signed a contract with Mbank to purchase a 51 pct stake in Mlocum of Łódź comprising 14,120,880 shares for over PLN 55.86 mln.
Work on A1 underway
POLAND Dome International, which is owned by Fabryka Konstrukcji Drewnianych has been appointed as the subcontractor for the maintenance infrastructure in Lgota for the section of the A1 motorway to be constructed between from Tuszyn to Pyrzowice in a contract worth PLN 8.85 mln net.
PHN sells shares to Segro
POLAND Warszawski Holding Nieruchomości (WHN), a subsidiary of Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has sold all its 50 pct stake (356,000 shares) in Wrocław Industrial Park, to Segro, which as a result of the transaction has become the sole owner of Segro Industrial Park Wrocław.
Pylon to build R&D centre
POLAND Pylon Audio, a producer of loudspeakers and casings, has purchased a property located in the Zambrów administrative district in where it intends to construct a research and development centre.
Unibep builds factory for Bravilor Bonamat
POLAND Unibep has been appointed as the general contractor of a production and warehouse centre on ul. Jacka Kuronia in Białystok by Bravilor Bonamat, a company based in Sękocin Nowy.
