Colliers to lease Cu Office
POLAND Colliers International has been appointed the exclusive agent of Cu Office, two eight storey office buildings under construction in Wrocław. The owner of the 23,500 sqm project is Grupa Buma and the Reino Deweloperski closed investment fund (managed by Reino Partners).
Apartment rental still profitable
EUROPE Poland is one of the countries with the highest rates of return for apartment rental, according to the ‘Property Index: Overview of European Residential Markets’ report which covers eighteen EU countries and Israel.
Novo Pruszków to be ready in autumn
