Three Lidls sold
ROMANIA/CEE REGION Fprop Romanian Supermarkets, which is 24 pct owned by First Property Group, has sold three of the nine Lidl stores it purchased in December for EUR 5.8 mln.

ROMANIA Turnover went up by 12 pct in Fashion House Bucharest in H1 2017. The conversion rate (percent of visitors who buy) and average transaction value also bith increased by 1 ppct to 5 pct and 6 pct respectively.
