KiK comes to Kraków
POLAND KiK has signed a lease for a 600 sqm store in the Atut shopping centre on ul. Grażyny in Kraków. It will be the first store of the brand in the city.
Strabag to be paid a billion
POLAND Section I, a 15 km stretch of the A1 motorway between Woźniki and Pyrzowice, has almost been completed. A consortium of Strabag companies (Strabag Infrastruktura Południe and Strabag) has completed 50 pct of the trenches and embankments, as well as the underpinning of the foundation soil.
Offices on the increase
Across the globe, an unprecedented office building boom is underway with over 65 mln sqm of space under construction that will deliver between now and the end of 2019, Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Office Forecast reports. That’s the equivalent of recreating five cities worth of office inventory – Washington, DC, Dallas, London, Singapore and Shanghai – over the next three years.

EUR 133 mln financing Deal for Business Park Sofia
BULGARIA OTP Bank, its Bulgarian subsidiary DSK Bank and Postbank have granted a EUR 133 mln senior financing package to Business Park Sofia with Pricing set at 2.65 pct, plus the three-month Euribor, and a stated maturity of 2027.
