First few tenants for Sepia and Teal Office
POLAND OPG Property Professionals, the developer of the Off Piotrkowska Center in central Łódź, has secured the first few tenants for two buildings of the buildings being developed in the complex, Sepia Office (part of the former Ramisch factory, which is to be renovated) and Teal Office.

EUROPE Immofinanz has entered into an agreement to take over another Austrian property company. It has acquired 25,690,167 ordinary shares, around 26 pct of the share capital and voting rights in CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft from O1 Group Limited and Terim Limited.

POLAND Footwear chain CCC will have to pay over PLN 100 mln more for the purchase a stake in online footwear retailer eobuwie.pl because the EBITDA of Eobuwie exceeded PLN 15 mln in 2015 – the agreed threshold above which the additional fee was to be charged.
