More Szachownica stores on their way
POLAND The Szachownica clothing chain is to expand its network of stores. Four new outlets of the brand are to be opened before the end of this year.

Orbis investing and expanding
POLAND Over the next three years the Orbis hotel group is to expand with another 21 hotels operating on the basis of franchise and management agreements as well as three own hotels which are currently under construction. In Q3 of this year the company opened five new facilities, which operate on a franchise basis. These include hotels in Poland, Romania and Lithuania.

HUNGARY The owner of the 11,500 sqm MOM Park Towers office complex in Budapest, represented by Cushman and Wakefield, has signed five lease deals for a total of 2,000 sqm of office space.
