500,000 sqm project on Moscow’s western outskirts
RUSSIA Residential developer Samolet Development is planning to build the 500,000 sqm MOCity mixed-used complex in the village of Myakinino in Moscow Oblast’s Odintsovsky district, to the west of the city, according to ‘Vedomosti’.

EIB to remain active CEE lender
CEE REGION In 2015 the European Investment Bank (EIB) has backed Polish investment projects with a total of EUR 5.54 bln, including the road, transport and city infrastructure projects.
