POLAND Developer Torus has sold the first phase of the Alchemia office project in Gdańsk to a joint-venture between a fund managed by Bluehouse Capital Advisor and investment vehicle REINO Dywidenda Plus. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.

SLOVAKIA The Slovak industrial and logistics market showed increased activity in Q2 2015, mainly in terms of new leases. The total volume of closed transactions in Q2 2015 reached app. 53,000 sqm. Although the second quarter of last year was more active (by app. 15.5 pct), in comparison to Q1 2015 there has been a 22.5 pct increase in transactional activity.
