Unibail-Rodamco develops EUR 220 mln project

POLAND Unibail-Rodamco has presented the architectural design of its Wroclavia retail and office complex on ul. Sucha in Wrocław. The project assumes the construction of 71,000 sqm of leasable space, which is set to be completed in the autumn of 2017.

POLAND US property company Hines has closed its Luxembourg-based Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF) at EUR 155 mln. The fund, whose portfolio currently includes three Warsaw office buildings, is aimed at acquiring five or six other properties in Poland.

Gap to close down 175 stores

WORLD US-based fashion retailer Gap, which owns such brands as Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy, plans on closing down 140 Gap-branded US stores by the end of its 2015 fiscal year. At least 35 more locations will close within the next few years.
