RTV Euro AGD signs GTC contracts
POLAND Consumer electronics chain RTV Euro AGD has leased space in GTC’s two shopping centres in Warsaw. The retailer will occupy 1,200 sqm in Galeria Północna and 1,300 sqm in Galeria Wilanów.
LSR records 36 pct drop in sales
RUSSIA In 2015, the sales of residential developer LSR Group slumped by 36 pct to RUB 54.9 bln (EUR app. 638 mln) compared to its 2014 result.
Record breaking retail investment in 2015 - JLL
POLAND In 2015, the Polish retail market grew by a total of 651,400 sqm in terms of retail space, including shopping centres (502,000 sqm), outlet centres (21,300 sqm), retail parks (30,800 sqm) and stand-alone warehouses (97,300 sqm) – according to the latest report from JLL.
