Polnord looking to find buyers for 1,500 apartments in 2015

POLAND In Q1 the Polnord group generated revenue of PLN 66.3 mln (PLN 37.05 mln in Q1 2014) and a net profit of PLN 1.3 mln (PLN 0.42 in the same period last year). In its financial results the group also reported that it concluded 346 sales agreements, handing over 254 apartments to clients.

Blue Media finds rooms with a view onto Sopot pier

POLAND Blue Media, a supplier of electronic transactions software and on-line sales support, has chosen Dom Zdrojowy in Sopot for its new headquarters. The offices of the company will occupy three out of the six floors of the building. Xplan is responsible for the implementation of the interior design of the 850 sqm leased by Blue Media.

RUSSIA Moscow shopping centres completed in the last two years seem to have received the heaviest blow from the Russian economic crisis. According to the latest research by JLL, the vacancy rate in malls completed in 2013/2014 has reached 13 pct.
