Hamleys expands to Central Europe
CZECH REPUBLIC UK-headquartered iconic toy retailer Hamleys is set to open a 6,000 sqm store in the Immofinanz and Lorship owned Na Příkopě mixed-use building which is currently being revitalized in central Prague.

Factory Ursus extension opens
POLAND Neinver has opened a 6,200 sqm extension of the Factory Ursus outlet centre in Warsaw. The total area of the centre has thus increased to 19,700 sqm with over 100 stores.

Mennica Legacy Tower as seen through goggles
POLAND Mennica Legacy Tower, the Warsaw office project currently being developed by a company established by the Polish Mint (Mennica Polska) and Golub GetHouse, will soon be able to present itself to tenants from a different perspective. From October the project will be available for viewing on a mobile application using virtual reality, among others.
