REINO invests in another Skanska project

POLAND Skanska has sold its first office development project in Poznań, Malta House, for EUR 38 mln. The buyer is a joint venture between two investment vehicles managed by the Polish fund manager REINO, REINO Dywidenda 2 FIZ and REINO Dywidenda, and a fund managed by the CEE fund manager Bluehouse Capital.
