CZECH REPUBLIC The Carlyle Group has sold its Freeport Portfolio of outlet centres in Portugal, Sweden and the Czech Republic to Hammerson, VIA Outlets, APG, Meyer Bergman and Value Retail.

ROMANIA City Gate South Tower, a 18-storey building that makes up the two-tower, 44,000 sqm City Gate office project in Bucharest, has earned LEED certification with ‘Silver’ rating. The project’s second tower, City Gate North Tower, obtained LEED certification with ‘Gold’ rating last year.
