Skanska to enter Osiedle Panorama site
POLAND Wikana, the developer of the Osiedle Panorama residential estate in Wrocław, has chosen Skanska as the general contractor for the project’s final building. The contract is worth PLN 4.3 mln net.

EIB lends EUR 800 mln for Polish expressways
POLAND The European Investment Bank (EIB) has granted EUR 800 mln (PLN 3.4 bln) loans to the state-owned Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) to help finance the construction of the Warsaw ring road and an expressway in Western Poland.
Uniwheels develops 42,000 sqm Stalowa Wola facilities
POLAND Warsaw-listed Germany-headquartered wheel rim manufacturer Uniwheels is building its new 32,000 sqm production plant in Stalowa Wola, where it already runs two factories. The new project’s capex is estimated at app. EUR 87 mln.

Hines confirms Metropolis acquisition
RUSSIA Luxembourg-based Hines Russia & Poland Fund (HPRF) and PPF Real Estate Holding have announced that they had jointly acquired two Metropolis office buildings (I and III) in Moscow with over 80,000 sqm of gross building area, including 56,000 sqm of leasable Class ‘A’ office space.
