SLOVAKIA Leasing transactions on the Bratislava office market in Q2 2015 totalled app. 43,455 sqm – an increase of 30 pct on the previous quarter, but a 42 pct decrease in comparison with the same period last year, according to the latest figures from the Bratislava Research Forum.
LC Waikiki looking to open new boutiques
POLAND Turkish fashion brand LC Waikiki is planning to expand in Poland. The company is currently in the process of negotiating new space in major shopping centres and is to open two new stores within the next 18 months.

POLAND ING has underwritten a five-year EUR 80 mln senior term loan facility and an ancillary PLN 120 mln VAT loan to finance a joint venture between TH Real Estate and Neinver.
Robyg keeping up the pace
POLAND Robyg signed 1,131 sale agreements for apartments (including withdrawals) in H1 2015. This represents a growth of 7 pct compared to the same period in 2014, with the apartments sold being located in Warsaw and Gdańsk.
