POLAND Ivona Software, a Polish technology company that belongs to the US e-commerce giant Amazon, has leased 2,700 sqm of office space in the Olivia Business Centre complex that is currently being developed in Gdańsk.
HUNGARY US investor Brookfield Logistics Properties’ global logistics platform IDI Gazeley has today announced the acquisition of a portfolio of logistics assets totalling 228,000 sqm and comprising 13 buildings located in France and Hungary.
ROMANIA Israeli-financed CEE shopping center developer Plaza Centers is selling its 41,000 sqm land plot in the Romanian city of Hunedoara to an undisclosed buyer for EUR 1.2 mln.

POLAND Rank Progress has opened a new retail park in Miejsce Piastowe near Krosno. The 4,700 sqm retail scheme, which will offer 230 parking spaces, was constructed by AMB Group.

POLAND The first Alto hotel is set to open at the beginning of 2015 in Żory. The Alto brand, operated and owned by the Polish hotel chain Qubus, was created to serve minor Polish markets.
