Apsys’ revitalisation of Hala Targowa – a historic market hall bulding in Gdańsk’s Old Town – is now taking shape. The 19th century building on pl. Dominikański is being transformed into a food hall and live event venue with art exhibition space.

The Inspire residential estate in Katowice's Three Ponds Valley has received occupancy permits for its final two stages, marking the completion of the entire project developed by Okam, The estate now comprises 421 apartments in seven buildings.

Construction of the Takt Lirników residential development in Kraków has reached another major milestone. The project, being developed by Matexi Polska in the Podgórze Duchackie district, has now reached the shell and core stage, allowing work to move on to advanced mechanical and electrical installations, façade works and the interior fit-out.

FedEx has opened a logistics centre in Košice. The new facility is FedEx's second-largest in Slovakia, with an area of almost 1,000 sqm. It features 18 loading ramps and four flexible loading bays suitable for both vans and long-haul trucks.

The Polish branch of the Westbridge Group, has advised TriGranit on the procurement of renewable power for the Bartók Ház in Budapest. Budimex has begun a full-scale refurbishment and modernisation of Grudziądz railway station on behalf of Polish State Railways (PKP). Delivered under a design-and-build contract, the project includes restoring the historic station building while preserving its modernist character, improving accessibility, and creating a safer, more comfortable environment for passengers.

Construction of a modern retail park on ul. Spółdzielców in Mierzyn, just outside Szczecin, is entering its final phase. The project, developed by RWS Investment Group, is set to open in the third quarter of 2026 and will bring around 11,000 sqm of retail and service space to the local market.
