POLAND Torus has laid the foundation stone for the first stage of the Officyna office building, which is under construction in the Wrzeszcz district of Gdańsk. The building will deliver 5,200 sqm of leasable area to the market, including nearly 4,200 offices.

Browary Warszawskie now topped
POLAND The first office building in Browary Warszawskie has been topped off one year after the launch of construction and a wreath was hung from its thirteenth floor. The first tenants will move into the building from early 2019.
