Cromwell Property Group appoints contractor to extend Janki shopping centre
POLAND Cromwell Property Group has appointed Strabag to extend the Centrum Janki shopping centre on the southwestern outskirts of Warsaw. After the extension work, the centre will comprise 100,000 sqm of retail space – altogether 21,000 sqm and 71 new units are to be added to the centre, bringing the total area up to 100,000 sqm.

NDI to build new Rotunda
POLAND NDI was chosen by PKO BP as the general contractor of the revitalization project of Rotunda in Warsaw. The bank handed the area over to the general contractor, which has already enclosed the site. The construction work is to start in Q1 2017.
