Cromwell Property Group appoints contractor to extend Janki shopping centre
POLAND Cromwell Property Group has appointed Strabag to extend the Centrum Janki shopping centre on the southwestern outskirts of Warsaw. After the extension work, the centre will comprise 100,000 sqm of retail space – altogether 21,000 sqm and 71 new units are to be added to the centre, bringing the total area up to 100,000 sqm.

NDI to build new Rotunda
POLAND NDI was chosen by PKO BP as the general contractor of the revitalization project of Rotunda in Warsaw. The bank handed the area over to the general contractor, which has already enclosed the site. The construction work is to start in Q1 2017.

POLAND Representatives of the developer – Vantage Development; the general contractor – Karmar and the chief designer – the MKC Architekci studio celebrated the completion of the shell stage of the first phase of Living Point Mokotów.

Podium Park in the car park
POLAND Work related to the construction of a two-storey underground car park in A building of the Podium Park office complex in Kraków is in progress. The construction of the complex at the junction of al. Jana Pawła II and ul. Izydora Stella-Sawickiego started in September 2016, the redevelopment of the technical network and infrastructure as well as the construction of diaphragm walls finished in November.

SLOVAKIA State-owned company MH Invest has chosen Strabag subsidiary for the EUR 96 mln preparation work of the construction of Jaguar Land Rover automotive plant at Nitra Industrial Park in western Slovakia.

Next stage of Gemini Park Tychy
POLAND The construction of the Gemini Park Tychy shopping centre is on schedule and it is entering the next stage. Work related to the finishing of the building is currently in progress. The developer of the facility, Gemini Holding, is planning to open the centre in autumn 2017.

POLAND Erbud as the general contractor is building a medical clinic on ul. Coopera in Warsaw’s Bemowo district with the work having currently reached the shell stage.

POLAND Erbud has been appointed as the general contractor of a four-star hotel on ul. Żeromskiego in Świnoujście and is to construct a complex of three buildings with a combined area of 15,100 sqm.
