New Ghelamco project to kick off on the verge of 2016
POLAND The construction work on the Sienna Towers complex, which is planned to be developed by Ghelamco in Warsaw’s Wola district, is set to start at the end of December or in early 2016, according to what Jarosław Zagórski, leasing and development director at Ghelamco Poland, told ‘Eurobuild CEE’.

Złota 44 terminates Inso contract
POLAND BBI Development and Amstar, the owners of the Złota 44 residential project in Warsaw, have terminated the general contractor agreement with the Inso Sistemi Per Le Infrastructure Sociali. This is the second time that the Italian company has had to leave the construction site of the 192m tall residential skyscraper designed by Daniel Libeskind.
