Totalbud to erect residential estate in Mokotów
POLAND Totalbud will be general contractor for a new residential building on ul. Pory in Warsaw, developed by a social housing association, Warszawa Południe. The value of the contract, signed after the so-called “design and construct” bidding procedure, amounts to app. PLN 9.7 mln.

Topping-out ceremony for Gdynia Waterfront hotel
POLAND The hotel building that is being developed within the Gdynia Waterfront project has seen the topping-out ceremony. The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel facility, which will be operated by Scandinavian Hospitality Management, is set to house 201 rooms and a conference center.
