POLAND More than 20 km of the Mińsk Mazowiecki ring road is now driveable. The final finishing work on the access roads has still to be completed, nevertheless the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has informed us that the work is not hindering the traffic.

Budimex signs road contract
POLAND Budimex has signed a contract worth PLN 259.6 mln net with the Road and Bridge Authority (Zarząd Dróg i Mostów) in Lublin and will build a road that will provide access to three expressways: S12, S17 and S19.

POLSKA Skanska is to modernise the Ophthalmological clinic in Lublin. The company has signed a contract worth PLN 16,5 mln.

Ringroad to be upgraded
ROMANIA CNADNR, Romania’s national road authority, has awarded a RON 189 mln (USD 52 mln) open tender to a consortium of Tehnologica Radion, Consitrans and PRO Cons XXI, to upgrade an app. 25 km stretch of the Bucharest ring road.
New hall for Electrolux
POLAND Skanska is to extend a dishwasher factory for Electrolux, which was built in Żarów in 2006.
