POLAND Two companies are competing to build a stadium in Tychy. Warbud and Mostostal Warszawa have both placed offers in the second tender with Warbud offering to build the facility for PLN 144.6 mln gross and Mostostal Warszawa offering PLN 128.9 mln gross.
