Eurovea Tower ready to rise
SLOVAKIA J&T Real Estate (JTRE) has appointed VHS-PS together with a consortium of Strabag Pozemné a inžinierske staviteľstvo and SYTIQ to construct the extension to the Eurovea mixed-use complex on the banks of the Danube in Bratislava, which includes the construction of the 168m Eurovea Tower.

POLAND Poznań’s office stock increased by nearly 18 pct to 564,800 sqm in 2019, according to Cushman & Wakefield. Over the period ten office buildings totalling 85,700 sqm were delivered to the market.

EUROPE In 2019, Skanska sold nine office buildings for EUR 545 mln, completed 14 buildings with a total volume of almost 240,000 sqm and leased more than 171,000 sqm in Europe. Currently, the developer has more than 472,000 sqm of office space in 21 buildings under construction.
