MHP awarded with ULI prize
The Museum of Polish History in Warsaw, designed by the WXCA studio, was one of seven winners of the ULI Global Awards for Excellence 2024, awarded by the Urban Land Institute. Warsaw fourth most unaffordable European city
Warsaw ranks as the fourth least affordable capital for a single person, with essential monthly expenses, including housing, food, transport, personal care and leisure, totalling EUR 1,836. With the average net salary standing at EUR 1,911, these costs absorb 96.1 pct of typical earnings, leaving residents with just EUR 74 per month. Only Lisbon, Tirana, and Athens offer worse affordability among the 37 capital cities surveyed by Tradingpedia.

The value of the 960 largest construction projects in Poland is already more than PLN 1 tln and continues to rise, driven by a wave of infrastructure and energy megaprojects.
Budimex wins foundational contract for CPK
Budimex has been awarded a PLN 146 mln contract to construct the foundations of the passenger terminal of the new airport that forms part of the massive Port of Poland (or CPK) transport hub, which is being developed between Warsaw and Łódź.
Mood improves over office sector
European lenders are optimistic about H2 2026, despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainty, while sentiment around the office sector has significantly improved, according to CBRE's latest European Lender Intentions Survey. Lenders are also open to financing properties in alternative sectors.

The Galeria Raj retail park is to be expanded by a further 6,000 sqm area and New Modivo Platform stores will occupy nearly 3,000 sqm. Galeria Raj includes stores from various segments such as fashion and home furnishings, as well as services and restaurants. The centre currently has a total gla of 20,400 sqm.

Poland Olivia Pulse to start rentals in Gdańsk
Olivia Centre has set up a company called Olivia Rent to manage rentals at the new Olivia Pulse apartment building. Scheduled to open around September, the building will comprise over 200 apartments, to give the centre a mixed-use character.
