Warehousing still recovering
The industrial real estate market in the Czech Republic continues its recovery. After last year's downturn and a slower start to this year, the sector recorded strong growth in Q3 2025, with a total of 130,800 sqm of new space completed; bringing the total market size to almost 12.9 mln sqm, according to the latest study by Colliers.
MHP awarded with ULI prize
The Museum of Polish History in Warsaw, designed by the WXCA studio, was one of seven winners of the ULI Global Awards for Excellence 2024, awarded by the Urban Land Institute. Presented in the Arts and Culture category, the award is one of the highest international honours in the real estate and urban planning industry.

Newport Logistics Fund III has secured its first EUR 100 mln in the initial close of a targeted EUR 300 mln raise, one of Europe’s largest logistics fundraisings in 2025. Already, three projects have been secured in France, Germany, and the UK, while five more assets are under due diligence in Italy, Austria, and Germany.
