Prime space comes harder to find

Finding the right space is becoming a challenge in its own right, with vacancy in the city centre falling to 4.8 pct and to 3.6 pct around Rondo Daszyńskiego. With demand holding up and little new space coming onto the market, the best offices are being taken up quickly.

Ocean Winds has started construction of an operations and maintenance (O&M) base in Władysławowo for its BC-Wind offshore wind farm. The facility will provide operational, logistics and maintenance support for the project for around 30 years.
