POLAND A consortium of the 22Architects and AMC studio - Andrzej M. Chołdzyński will develop the design documentation for the largest residential estate that will be developed as part of the Apartment Plus programme. Bouygues begins Praga sales blitz
POLAND Bouygues Immobilier Polska has opened the sales processes for three projects in Warsaw’s Praga Północ district: Stalowa 39 and thelatest stages of Wileńska Express and Atelier Praga. The Stalowa 39 estate, at the junction of ul. Stalowa and ul. Czynszowa, will comprise two seven-storey buildings with 202 apartments ranging from 24 sqm to 112 sqm. The project has been designed to complement the historictenements in the district.
