RSSSales falter, prices rise
POLAND Residential developers in Poland saw a 15.2 pct y-o-y drop in sales in the six largest market in Poland with 15,600 new apartments in sales in Q2 2018.

Robyg stays on target
POLAND In H1 2018 the Robyg Group sold 1,516 apartments net in Warsaw and Gdańsk with 602 units sold in Q2.
Dom Development seeks out higher revenues
POLAND Dom Development has published its preliminary sales results for Q2 2018. In Q2 of this year the developer sold 802 premises net with 566 sold in Warsaw, 183 in Tri-City and 53 in Wrocław.
Murapol on the up
POLAND In the first half of 2018 the Murapol sold 1,798 residential apartments, which included the signing of 1,422 developer and preliminary contracts.
Nexity expands across Poland
POLAND French developer Nexity has bought a 22,000 sqm plot of land in Poznań, where it intends to build a residential development with 155 apartments to be completed in 2020.
