POLAND It was another record year for residential developers. Sales of new apartments increased by over 17 pct y-o-y in the six largest Polish cities. It is possible, however, that a correction of sales results might be necessary in the next few years, claim experts from Reas, which published its next quarterly report entitled ‘Residential market in Poland’.
